Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With all tags intact
Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable:
Innerwear or personal hygiene products
Final sale or clearance items
Customized or altered garments
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@tiarnafashion.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if damaged). Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup. However, in remote areas, you may be asked to courier the item yourself, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges (with receipt proof).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. You’ll be notified via email or SMS.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
